Fostering Future Leaders

I believe heavily in fostering future leaders, not teaching just for the now but preparing for what’s to come. Beyond my work at Blossom, I’m actively involved in various initiatives aimed at nurturing the next generation of leaders. As the President-Elect of the American Marketing Association’s Las Vegas Chapter, I’m honored to lead a community of marketing professionals. I’m also passionate about STEM education and serve as the Director of Communications and PR for Mastering Mindsets, where I mentor young minds and conduct engaging STEAM workshops. I am always looking for people to mentor from from first generation marketers through AMA international mentorship program to experienced business owner who feel they need a change in mindset and don’t know where to start; I’m here to help.

Sharing Knowledge and Inspiring Growth

I’m thrilled to announce the launch of a new podcast, series called Codebreakers with my partner host, owner of Webkitty, Analyn Braza. This platform is dedicated to open discussions and education on a variety of topics, including marketing, mindset, and personal development. It’s a space where we explore ideas, challenge assumptions, and inspire action. The knowledge I spread does not stop at Blossom, I am actively involved with many people in our community who do the same things that I do, its not a competition its about building a beautiful garden with like minds.

Through my consulting firm, Franisha Hayes Consulting, I provide tailored marketing solutions and mindset coaching to help individuals and businesses achieve their full potential, while also speaking to rooms of business professionals and new comers to the industry about how marketing can take their business to the next level. Additionally, I’m currently working on several books that delve into the power of mindset and marketing.
